Shipping Policy

A quote for shipping cost will be provided upon final order. The shipping cost will depend on the size/weight of items purchased and its delivery destination. Most merchandise are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Any damages by the carrier must be reported within 48 hours. In a few instances where damaged merchandise occurs, we do our best to facilitate our customers with the necessary information for filing claims regarding the damaged goods.

Below is a general guideline to ensure a smoother delivery process when LTL carriers deliver your merchandise.

  • Count number of cartons/boxes to make sure it matches with the delivery receipt

  • Inspect order for damages and take necessary photos

  • Sign and note damages of delivery receipt

  • Report damages within 24-48 hours and send photos to prosalonserviceshc4@gmail.com

  • If customer does not inspect delivery and report damages within 48 hours, Professional Salon Services is not responsible to cover costs of damages

  • If satisfied with the delivery and merchandise sign and approve the delivery receipt. Make sure to keep all packing material for the first 30 days or until you are 100% satisfied with the order

Payments Policy

Expedited delivery:

Lead time: Since we offer an array of products, lead times vary from 4-6 weeks, 8-10 weeks or 16-10 weeks. Please inquire on the product you are interested in to receive an accurate lead time.


Cancellation policy:
There is a 40% restocking fee for any changed or canceled orders. The cancellation period runs from the time the order is place to 30 days after delivery.

 

 



All orders must be paid in full before merchandise are shipped. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Any credit card transactions over $2,000.00 may incur a percentage fee. By providing the credit card/payment info on online/phone orders, customer is accepting all of our terms and conditions of the sale. Personal or business checks will be shipped when the check clears. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks. All sales are final, no refunds.
Installation service/policy: CA, NV and AZ installation services are available upon request. Contact us via email for a quote.
